1. Open the contact you want to add a health profile to.
2. Click the Health Profile tab on the contact page.
3. Fill in: blood type, allergies, current medications, medical conditions, primary care doctor, emergency contacts.
4. Click Save Health Profile.

The health profile is private to your account — it stays linked to that contact until you delete it.
