1. Click Properties in the SJ Rentals sidebar.
2. Click Add New Property.
3. Enter Property Name, Address, Type (apartment, house, room, equipment, etc.).
4. Add description and amenities.
5. Set the default rate (per night/week/month).
6. Click Save Property.

Now you can create bookings against the property.

1. Click Bookings Calendar in the SJ Rentals sidebar.
2. Click the start date you want.
3. Pick the Property.
4. Link the Contact who’s booking.
5. Set check-in and check-out dates.
6. Set the rate and any deposit.
7. Click Save Booking.

The booking blocks those dates on the property’s calendar so you can’t double-book.
